They present a danger to themselves but more importantly to other drivers and their passengers
They feel that they are above following traffic laws that were put in place to protect us all on the road
They are texting or reading their texts while driving
or
They are driving while intoxicated or are otherwise impaired
or
They are driving too fast or recklessly
